  I am from out of state and this was the 3rd time I have been here. All three times, there was a mistake in either my order or my receipt. This last time, the cook was the one who corrected the order. The cashier's flip answer was something to the effect "Oops guess I hit the wrong key, just one of those days". But, he made no apology to me for the error or the extended wait for the correct item; & no one gave me back the difference in price. I realize it was only.$0.30, but to an elderly person, that can mean the difference in ordering anything additional. Some of the employees are young, a little too exuberant, and more interested in what's going on in their life than in the customer needs or requests. Thank goodness there are Dunkin Donuts around every corner, I won't be coming back to this one for a very long time.

  Just a little taken back that, at 8am this morning, dunking donuts on Boston neck Rd was all out of chocolate frosted donuts. Now I would understand if it was 11am, but 8am, what's going on over there, the word donut is part of your name, yet you're all out of probably your most popular donut of all time. Very friendly drive thru customer service though, but I went specially for donuts & left without any, that's why I had to give only one star.
